★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanted a terrible coffee this is the place to go. The coffee I had was as hot at the surface of the sun and even after 45 minutes you would still get 3rd degree burns on your tongue. You could only stay for an hour, but it took 15 minutes for the drink to arrive. This place is not recommended.

This incident happened a year ago… Bought a drink, sat down and took out my laptop as I had to make a flight booking due to an emergency (a parent in coma and passed away overseas), and the staff & manager IMMEDIATELY came to tell me I can’t use my laptop. I literally sat down for less than 5 mins!!!! Explained my situation to the manager and she had no compassion and empathy. She just kept telling me I cannot use my laptop. Seriously CBTL… please train your staffs and managers to have more compassion and empathy.
We as customers understand why establishment don’t allow us to use laptops or tablets because people tend to hog seats. But I was there for less than 5 mins…. Not 5 hours. I will never ever go back to this place. Ridiculous and horrible service.
A little kindness goes a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drink taste alright, service is atrocious. Paid by cash and he paused and mention that they don't accept cash. It's not stated anywhere at the shop front. When drinks was ready he just pushed it with one hand towards me and left the counter. If you are not one to be polite behind the counter then kindly do not join as a customer service staff. Disgusting attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After not finishing our coffee order after 20 minutes, we had to go and address the delay ourselves. Apalling, lazy and apathetic service behind the counter by the boy who took our order. They also managed to screw up the order itself, but we just wanted some coffee. Quite disappointed, and will definitely not consider this spot again.
