★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with fairly young female staff, who appeared nonchalant deviating from Starbucks experience, 8:00-8:15am on Sat, 19 Jun 2021. Breakfast set wrap was, well unwrapped, and brewed coffee was way too diluted than usual. Probably more consistent visiting the other Bugis+ outlet nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff was friendly but my drinks was a little too sweet even i asked for less sweet. the tables weren’t cleaned up. it can be too crowded in the afternoon/ evening.. but late night is OK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ almost everything is way too sweet here, especially the chocolate cake, unless if you are extreme sweet tooth, you'll feel like you're getting diabetes after a few mouthfuls into the cake. the red velvet cake is still fine, less sugary than the chocolate cake but also very sweet, the cake itself isn't that good, it was quite hard and rough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is near Bugis MRT. A convenient location with ample indoor seating. Staff is attentive and food was received quickly. This Starbucks has a cozy vibe and good to enjoy during rainy days.
Apart from food and beverages, there are some items you can buy including mugs, cups, soft toys, and table cloths.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HOW FRUSTRATING ORDERING. Repeated order five times! Ridiculously couldn’t understand a single word, lay the frustrations ON ME for themselves not able to listen and response. FAIL TO UNDERSTAND I ASKED FOR USING MY $20 reward points and 3-4 times of failure of completing the transactions horribly. Did not produce all the receipts until I asked for it and still dare to ask me shouting WHAT IS IT!? Just realising that I am talking to a bunch of idiotic people who doesn’t understand a word and their job. Asked for zero sugar for the drinks, BUT IT CAME WITH SUGAR!!! HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE! Am I asking for multiple orders and exclusive pork noodles?
