β β β β β A little disappointed with the warabimochi which Taste like more of melted jelly form rather than anything close to mochi texture. And the soy powder was too sweet which covers the fragrant of it.
The green tea roll was little on the sweet side.

β β β β β Was very disappointed to the service. I ordered lunch set and couldnβt finished the drink and ask for take out. The lady ask if I order ala cart or set meal, I mentioned set menu out of honesty and they said need to pay additional 50 cent for the cup as the set meal is considered as βpromotionβ. I was surprised, as this is the first time I heard charge for take out. And the lady didnβt even know what I ordered. If i mentioned ala cart, they wouldnβt know and there will be no additional charge. Moreover, this is way too expensive to charge 50 cent for just a cup. I am very disappointed to the unclear service and will not considered going back anymore.

β β β β β Amazing quality here, per entry parking and freshly fried food. Recommended! Do go during lunch hours for weekday and weekend meal + drink promo

β β β β β Hojicha shiratama parfait has very thick Hojicha ice cream, red bean paste, cream w/brown sugar, cornflakes in sweet cream and Hojicha jelly. Everything blends together well and it's delicious. ?

β β β β β The ambience is great. Feels light and bright with the floor to ceiling windows and nice greenery view. Indoor and outdoor seating.
Slight difference in menu items compared to the Plaza Singapura branch, for example the Duo branch does not have the creamy Salmon udon.
The seating capacity is also slightly less than the plaza singapura branch. We went there on a weekend and it was not too crowded, but I imagine it would be packed on a weekday.
Quality and standard of the food is consistent with the plaza singapura branch.
Restroom is located outside of the restaurant, which was around the corner near the carpark lift, Nice and clean.

β β β β β Order their Lunch Menu -1 main course and 1 drink for $17.00++
tip: the lunch menu is cheaper on weekday at $16.00++ (every dollar counts) so if you want cheaper, come on weekday!
I have ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Udon and Chicken Saboro Don. Personally, i like the Beef udon than Saboro Don as i am a light eater. My hubby enjoyed the don as it is more savoury compares to my beef udon. Overall, thumb up for both!
As for the drinks! I always love Nana's Latte!! No matter is which, the drinks are always good and rich in flavour!

β β β β β Had the set lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the chicken nanban. The value in the meal was definitely from the drink, which by itself would cost around $8. I had myself their popular iced matcha drink which was tasted authentic and refreshing.
Seats were aplenty during lunchtime and comfortable. Thereβs also an outside area if you fancy some fresh air and views of duo.

β β β β β Would you pay $8.40 + delivery fee for this?? A 1/3 filled red bean dessert with 5 tiny mochi balls in a cheap plastic container. Well why not? But it better taste out-of-this world delicious.
Sadly it was mediocre at best. Absurdly over priced I can't fathom how they have the guts to charge $8.40 for this.
One star for preparing the food rather quickly.
