My sister went down on the 9 Dec 2021 around 4pm for her first MRI. she was nervous and requested some time to calm herself down but your staff was impatient and told her β€œyou are not going to die here” if he is unhappy with his work, please resign ! We don’t need him to add on further pressure to my sister!

I went to RadLink Novena on Wednesday morning to do my MRI. The appointment booked at 9.30am, but did MRI at 8.50am. Friendly and kind staffs. Big thanks to CHINLIPENG and SAM for their great service!

Had a pleasant experience at the centre. Was worried about doing the ultrasound at first but the nurse made me feel comfortable by assuring me and answering the questions I had for her.

Reception Lily is polite and very prompt. Radiographer Dhandie is friendly too. First time a radiographer is concerned about what caused me to take Xray instead of just going through the motion of positioning and zapping. Thank you, Dhandie!

My appointment is at 1430. I arrived a little before that to register. It is now 1549. I am still waiting. The long is appalling. What is the point of making an appointment? My hours wasted here.

I was told to come at 9am. I arrived at 8:30. I was attended with needle inserted around 9:10am. But they could not start my CT scan waiting for the doctor. I am a medical doctor and it is such a disappointment when a doctor can’t respect their scheduled time for patients with appointments. Looking at the reviews, it seems it is the nature of this place.

there is no system and no process. No use making appointment as they made you wait 2 hours without explanations. I would have given them a minus star if there is one. What is the use of making appointment. They better review their internal process and be more patient centric

Waited two hours for an ultrasound despite having an appointment, with no way of explanation from the front desk why people who had appointments after my slot were being called in before me. Extremely inefficient. It’s not so much about the wait, it’s the lack of accountability that annoyed me. I had a similar ultrasound done last year at a different place and everything was processed very quickly and smoothly. I now understand why all the Radlink outlets score so poorly on Google.
