★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t get me wrong, I think bubble milk tea from this brand is one of the best (sadly not at the woodland brunch), but 26mins waiting time for one bubble tea is unacceptable.
They already know that brewing tea one by one takes time so why not hire more staff members? Why use only 1 machine when they have 2? 5 staffs on weekends is clearly not enough. It’s great to see they are happily working together, but they are too slow.
Furthermore, it tasted little bland compared to the ones I tried in Orchard and Tampines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time is ridiculous, had to wait 35 minutes to complete my order. There is quite a number of staff which makes the long waiting time illogical. There were quite a number of food delivery orders too, which extends the waiting time. On top of that, I ordered 6 drinks but they only gave me 5 instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service - can’t hear what the cashier was saying. Had to ask to repeat a few times just to know what she info she needed from me. No ‘hi’, no ‘thank you’. Even when I collected the drink. It’s like buying drinks from a coffeeshop. Did you guys provide training to this cashier?
