★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst outlet ever. Please consider to switch off the self ordering kiosk if you see that there’s a queue right in front of the counter. Staff only focused on settling the orders coming in from apps / self ordering kiosk but neglected the queue that we are in. We waited 40 mins just to order from a fast food restaurant and additional 15 mins wait for the food to be prepared. If there’s a lack of people working that day then please do something about it rather than allowing customers to order from kiosk and still queue to order when the wait is so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time and my last time here. Wanted to change to chicken thigh but was told if I wanna change chicken, need to wait 30 minutes? Seriously? Picking up a chicken needs 30 minutes? But you can give me option to choose spicy / non spicy/ mix???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jollibee, the largest fast food chain in the Philippines, located at Paya Lebar Square.
At the outlet, order their famous Chicken joy.
Jollibee’s Chickenjoy Meal included 2 pieces of chicken. The chicken was served piping hot. The 2 decent sized pieces of chicken looked like any other fried chicken. They are crispy not only the crispy skin, the tender juicy inside was tender.
Jollibee has other side dishes burgers, spaghetti and minced chicken rice. It also has breakfast items like chicken tocino, a Filipino breakfast made of cured meat, and beef hotdog. Here are a few photos of Jolibbee’s menu board and Jollibee Singapore Menu we saw. Enjoy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 6 pieces of spicy chicken and some other stuff. It was miscalculated and I had 8 pieces. Thanks for the extra chicken! ;) That said, Jollibee is my favourite for fried chicken due to the crispy skin and tender meat. It was a tad too salty though, so hope they can reduce the saltiness next time. It was oily as well but the oil could be easily washed from my hands compared to another fried chicken brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager and staff saw me at the counter for 5mins n no body bother to take my orders!!!! Poor service indeed. I try to caught there attention and no body care!?? Poor service manager is rude, cashier is rude n just take her own sweet time even the Q is long! Is it costumer problem if u dun have enough staff? I saw them behind just chit chatting ??

Ordered 2 sets of 2-pc meal, original chicken, they gave us 1 set only and its chilli spicy.
So disappointing coz it was a long queue and the crew rushed the preparation.
Pls refund me on this order.
