I’m a frequent diner at Jollibee restaurants and this is my first visit to this newly opened outlet.
We came on the 3rd day of CNY during lunch and there wasn’t a crowd. Service was seamless and very quick. Restaurant clean and well maintained. So far, a good start for this outlet.
The experience today was impeccable. The spicy chickenjoy was a little salty but that really isn’t within the control of the outlet and its staff so I won’t put it on them.
Kudos to the team, keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with my girlfriend as she hasn't tried Jollibee before and she was amazed by the food! I too had an enjoyable dinner here. One of the best fried chicken from a fast food chain I have ever eaten. Hotdog bun was fresh and delicious too!
And the staffs there were friendly and very courteous. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical fast food chain. The chicken is crispy. However the nasi lemak is below average as the rice is so soggy. Seem that they use too much water to cook it.
The chilli is good n hot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the 5 piece chicken tenders meal ordered via Grab. Tastes good, quite tender. Love the sauce and the sides (mashed potatoes and corn) were a good combi. Decent meal by fast food standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to wait over 30 min for takeaway - basic order- they packed it for dine in not takeaway. No one said anything no customer service. no one seemed to care or apologize for the long wait. Once I got home I realized they missed a key item from my order :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chicken parts are usually sold out which reflects badly on inventory management. Out of 10 visits, 8 times were told only a specific part is left for order. Considering this a prime area where customer volume is pretty high, it is frustrating to encounter this issue so frequently.
Highly recommend other outlets and not this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spaghetti was not included. Super disappointed given the fact that there are few customers when we went there to order. The chicken is ulta-pale! Like what the heck is going on? No product QA? Worst jollibee experience ever! Fix your service and food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical fast food. Good fried chicken. Love the gravy and the combination with spaghetti. The chicken that they served here seems smaller than other outlets though. Self order kiosk also gave me quite a bit issues - payment machine placed way too low, payment machine had issues and could not make payment until after like a million attempts.
