★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be no communication amongst the staff. 2 different staff contacted me via WhatsApp after I contacted them on IG to get a slot. And when I arrived, both the staff were not there and another staff had no idea I was coming or that there was comms. The staff was also unable to do the agreed upon whitening treatment. In the end, she wanted to charge $18 for the waxing when it was on their IG that there was an $8 promotion. Hmm... Very disappointing overall service. Read rave celebrity reviews of this place but I am left disappointed.
