★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very simple logic. If cannot cope with orders, don’t continue to take order. Was informed 25 mins waiting time, in the end after 25 mins, food wasn’t even prepared and was told additional 30 mins. Very bad internal system. Counter staff extremely rude and stressed out. In short, it was an awful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered before dinner rush and was told to wait for 30mins. Proceeded to collect my food after 30mins and dragged on till 1hour. That’s when it was known to me that not even one dish has started cooking and i was told to wait another 30mins for it which I highly doubt will happen.
They take in orders simultaneously from foodpanda, grabfood, by phone call and physical ordering. So be prepared to wait for 2hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joyful seafood located at block 136, marsiling road is very dirty n has infestation of rodents n roaches. Recently, it has had been reported to SFA( Singapore Food Agency) for being dirty in its stall n summon had been imposed on them !! The food they served r also NOT NICE to eat n yet quite expensive !! DONT EVER EAT FROM Joyful Seafood at block 136, marsiling road !! I expect it to close down in no time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quantity quite less. We ordered about 6-7 pax food, 5 dishes medium size and only gave 1 small packet of chilli by the counter staff. As we request for more chilli, we were given a death stare as if what we asked for was unreasonable. Bad experience. Unlikely to visit them again.

Fried rice is like mui fan soggy.
Paiku king is soggy and disgusting.
Totally inedible. Fake reviews on foodpanda. Avoid.
In my lifetime in have limited number of meal opportunities, and i need to make them count.
I get very angry when i eat lousy zi char. Feels like my weekend is destroyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food in general is okay only. The salted egg chicken is way too dry and very disappointing considering that it's recommended. The noodles (KL mee) is not bad. 四季豆 too salty. Prawn paste chicken is average. Was fast in preparing food, but the large containers cost $1 which is pretty insane.
Won't come back again.
