β β β β β Har how 5/5
Siew mai 5/5
Prawn chee Cheong fun 3/5
Prawn roll with banana 3/5
Custard salted egg bun 1/5
Glutinous rice with chicken 1/5
Carrot cake 5/5
Service 5/5
Prawn in chee Cheong fun is too soggy
Prawn roll with banana is dry and bland, usually other restaurants use mango instead and comes with mayonnaise.
Glutinous rice is bland and lack of flavour too.
Custard salted egg bun is the most forgettable item, at 2 dollars per bun, the custard egg filling is most pathetic I eaten, 80% of it is just the bun, 20% filling.
Rest of the items are on point.
Not value for money, u can get slightly better standard at the mainstream dim sum restaurants like imperial and paradise, with the same price point. Service is excellent though.
Worth a try only if u are in the area.

β β β β β Travelled all the way to try the dim sums only to realise the restaurant is not opened. It would be good to update the opening status/hours on google to avoid disappointment.
Updates: Glad to see an update in status/hours. Patronised the restaurant during the soft launch. I tried their Prawn roll with banana, Bolo pau with butter, Steam prawn and pork dumpling, Steamed charcoal custard salted egg lava bun and Pan fried carrot cake. My favourite was the pan fried carrot cake. Iβm not a fan of carrot cake but i enjoyed the pan fried carrot cake. It was soft and creamy. Dim sum portion was on the smaller side. Order more if you are a big eater.

β β β β β Had the pleasure of trying out JU Signatures dim sum recently and as a consummate professional in dim sum consumption, I was very impressed.
The shrimp in the siew mai and shrimp dumpling were so fresh, I am convinced that they were still alive 15 minutes before it got served.
The charsiew pineapple bun was also an interesting dish I've never had elsewhere. The sweet and savory charsiew inside the bun, coupled with the nice, crispy pineapple top was a satisfying display of culinary seduction. It got me so hot I almost wanted to take my shirt off.
The fried stuff like the spring roll, the prawn/shrimp stuff (I don't remember all the different names) and the one with banana inside.... they were all done to perfection. If I wasn't watching my calories, I would probably eat at least 5 of each. But since I was in fact watching my calories, I only had 4.
The egg tart, which is my favorite dish in any dim sum restaurant, was top notch. The flaky outer shell was imbued with a perfectly creamy custard inner soul, at a sweetness level that was just right. Just like that girlfriend in high school you wish you had.
The carrot cake was rich and creamy on the inside and fried to crispy nirvana on the outside. The only thing lacking was perhaps some XO sauce, which I was informed will be available soon. Also one of my favorite dim sum dishes, and they done did good on this one.
And they have this unique signature dessert tart called the orh nee tart, which is hokkien for "just order it and put it in your mouth". I usually am not a huge fan of orh nee by itself, but I devoured this one and wanted more of it. Heh. That's what she said, am I right?
Almost every dish I tried was delicioso, as someone who's pretending to speak Italian would say. I only had the pleasure of trying a few of their dishes, as their full menu wasn't ready yet at the time I went to try. However, based on the few dishes I did manage to try, this will be a dim sum restaurant I can wholeheartedly and sincerely recommend to anyone looking for some sexy and delicious dim sum.

β β β β β Yay! New dim sum place around the Serangoon Gardens neighbourhood! Iβm particularly impressed that all the dim sum are handmade daily and the quality of ingredients used in the food is fresh and good! Loved the carrot cake, har gao, char siew polo bun and lastly the orh nee tart!

β β β β β Had high expectations on it after reading reviews here. Unfortunately, dim sum tasted a bit salty when it had shrimp inside. And most of the dim sum we ordered had shrimp.
With similar price, I found some Chinese restaurants in downtown serving better quality dim sum.

β β β β β Love the orh nee tart with a generous dollop of yam and gingko nuts on a super flaky base. I don't usually eat chicken feet but the sauce was very tasty. The mushroom bao was cutely realistic and aromatic. All the other dim sum we tried were also of good quality.
