The battery change and cleaning were done by Chi Weng within 20 minutes. Resaonable charge of $35 for the services and battery. Very satisfied. Highly recommended. Will use this shop again. ?

I went to get a second opinion at The Watch Specialists Clinic in Singapore who fixed it for $20 and all was needed was just battery change. Highly recommend the uncle and his wife for honest and reasonably priced watch repairs.

I have to point out that the price here for a watch overhaul or full servicing might seem high when you look at some of the alternatives. But what you get here is thorough, it’s the job done properly and you don’t pickup a watch that has been “dip-cleaned” three days after sending it in. These guys fixed up a 60 year old moon phase(Felsa 693) in which the moon disc had stopped turning automatically. The Orchard road watch repairers had told me they couldn’t work on vintage watches like this one and that they didn’t think they could fix it. Same problem in Chinatown. These guys took a look and said they were confident they could fix it up. Absolute heroes. A couple months later I’m picking up a fully restored watch. They also cleaned up a Universal Geneve for me and have me some advice on a number of other watches.

He did a complete overhaul clean of my newly acquired mechanical Hamilton 992B that was gunky and not serviced for decades. It was further adjusted to the position of my liking after the initial adjustment of 6 positions. It now is clean, accurate and running very well, plus along with guarantee for 2 years. Thank you! HE DIDNT CHARGE ME AT ALL! I insisted to pay for the serivce, but he refused. This is my first time to receive their service and all I can say, it is very awesome! Thank you.

After a few weeks, the watch came back perfect and accurate! Super happy with the service and they also did a very light polish on the watch as requested, finishing and all came out perfect!
