Junction 9 Shopping Mall

At this KAMPUNG food court operated in junction nine level 2,the service level of the staffs really need to get motivated and a lot of improvement, while ordering a plate of steam chicken rice taking more than 3 minutes when there's no crowd,staff inside the kitchen saw me but nobody response,have to knock a few times to signal them to come out,order a steam white chicken turn out to be roasted chicken, adding a$1.00 for the drinks but he said have to pay at the drinks stall , while at the drinks stall,same situation, waiting for staffs response but nobody wants to entertain, finally a Malay lady who was talking on her handphone while taking her lunch ask me to come back later, what type of service level they're providing, finally I found out that the combo drinks promotion have ended,I left $1.50 at the counter and self serve a cup of ice with a can drink, while having my lunch,the food Panda machine has a order came in but nobody responded after more than 10 seconds,my point is,the food court was not in it peaks Rush hours and only have 2 tables of customer including myself ,why the attitude and the service level have reached such a point that all business in Singapore is struggling and laying off employees but the staffs at the KAMPUNG food court doesn't care the impact and the aftermath if the food court just cannot survive with this type of service level.

Not bad for the neighbourhood. Lots of household items can be found there. There is Sheng Siong. Also, lot of places to eat and enjoy desserts.

Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Conveniently located with dirct bus to Yishun MRT bus interchange Yishun Town Square Northpoint City Golden Village Yishun with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries Electric Electronic postage telecommunication services community centre and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

The halal food at My Kampung at level 2 have great white chicken rice, char kway teow, Singapore bee hoon and fried carrot cake at very reasonable price. It also have Sheng Siong and many other small shops within the mall.

You visit this mall, you won't go hungry. Got tons of food here. You name it, they got it. Wanna cut hair? No problem! Choose from level 1 to level 2. Many many salon. Not forgetting the heart of J9, Sheng Shiong. Always pack and vibrant.

As a customer, I really appreciate the convenience and variety of the shops at this mall. It's a one-stop shop for everything I need! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, too. I never have to worry about finding what I'm looking for here. Thank you for providing such a great shopping experience!

A bit messy from my opinion. Too many stores in the center first floors. It has supermarket, sheng siong and quite a number of stores HDB types store. But they do sell at cheaper price here. I don't see chain store type store except the supermarket and the F&B.

This is the most messy shopping centre in Singapore. Every available space is filled with kiosks, shops & merchandise, looks more like Pasar malam! There is also a small food court that resemble a hawker centre, untidy & cramped.
