The Cat Cafe - Bugis

A great place to unwind. Especially if u have ur friends / family with u. The place is clean and has no / very little / very faint smell.. and this is to us, d best part of it. Koz to enjoy their companies, the area needs to be clean. And we believe it lies with the staff maintaining n training d cats. The cost is $16 per pax and u are given a can of drink. Although u can upgrade to a cup of latte and such, there are prices involved. U cn even have cakes and croissant there and yes still enjoy d cats??. We would suggest to make sure that u stay and enjoy d full time limit given to u. And leave probably 10mins jz before ur time ends so that u dont exit alongside others who also take advantage of the timings. We do wana make sure you do enjoy ur own time and companies with the cats. Oh ya, cats are curious creatures, pls make sure u keep ur bag closed at all times and protect your food/drinks. They are not supposed to eat/drink any of human food. So ya, enjoy ur time there!!

It was a great experience visiting the Cat cafe! My children did really enjoy touching and petting the cats. It is amazing that these feline animals are so cute that they even went top of our table and trying to gulp our drinks! I think for $16 for 2 hours with complementary drinks is really worth it. The place is really clean, quite and just also nice to relax. I hope would highly recommend dropping by in Bugis + to experience Cat Cafe! ?

Overcrowded and poor hosts. There were 10-15 people when we visited and it felt like we have to compete for the cat's attention. Worst still, some kids were running around, shouting and petting the cats quite roughly, causing them to be overstimulated(cats looked on edge from their body language). The environment was not relaxing. Mid-session, the host took out some treats for us to feed the cats which was nice. However afterwards she just continued to feed the cats which crowded around her whereas customers were left alone at the other corner of the room. It didn't feel very hospitable. The host also slid some treats across the floor for the cats to hunt down which was interesting but an unpleasant experience...the cats scrambled over the legs of people and left many initially confused. I was also afraid they might accidentally scratch me or bite me because the treats slid near my legs. I also learnt nothing about the cats, none of their names, personality or backstory. Some cafes provide a booklet of the cats' names and their stories and cat toys to play with the kitties but this cafe has none. It's almost like just a room with cats instead of a true cat cafe... My friend and I entertained ourselves by making up names for them and guessing their personalities. The only redeemable factor is the wide variety of cats and how cute they are. The price is affordable for $16 for 2hrs with a canned drink too.

Cafe is extremely clean and minimal, staff are friendly and will usually tell you how each cat likes to be petted etc, cats themselves are cute but please be warned: they do not engage and prefer to keep to themselves most of the time as they were stray cats. Provided are some photos of the cats, did not take photos of the cafe as it never crossed my mind ^^"

Cats are very lovely animals. They have a lot of rescued strays here which is very good. Just a pity there isn’t much interaction with them such as playing with toys etc. nonetheless still have a good time with them.

The place is kept very clean and well-maintained, and the cats were adorable even though interactions with them were admittedly mostly one-way. The overall vibe at the cafe was very comfortable and friendly as staff and patrons alike were all kind and considerate towards the little creatures. The sole male staff was exceptionally well-mannered and courteous. We very much enjoyed our 2 hours stay there!

A simple little room looking over Bugis. With an array of middle aged or older cats that are calm and gentle. Walking up the stairs you almost enter another world where you divest your shoes and enter into the cats world. The experience comes with a soft drink, although you can upgrade to a handmade coffee for only a small charge. I did, and it was worth the money.
