Bettas there are all really beautiful. Got my wild betta imbellis from them. Harmon was really nice to remember that I pm-ed them to ask about the imbellis before I head down few days later. He was really patient and no hard selling, even taught me on how to breed and care for them. Awesome service. Definitely would go back if I need anything again.

my first time ordering some accessories and tank via their website. there is no tracking number, no email on the orders, no sms no nothing. suddenly the courier guy shows up and deliver the items. apart from that, the packaging for the items is not professional and was packed into a plastic thrash/pasar bag. it can tore along the delivery and my items could have been damaged or broken since there is a flat mirror inside. it might be little item to the shop, but it is still items that i paid with my money and its a doorstep delivery which is not a $1-$2 fee. i paid $9.99 for this kind of packaging service and delivery?? please be mindful and professional in running ur delivery and services.

Every betta fish we bought always end up getting listless and sickly after more than a week despite regular water changes and feeding them recommended pellets. Eventually we sought help from Just Betta and the staff gave us detailed advice on taking care of the fishes. After adding their formula to the water and using their food, our fishes have recovered and in a much better condition now. Wil definitely recommend this shop to Betta lovers!

So thankful for Harmon and Just Betta! Harmon and his biz partner (can’t remember his name) has been great help. I wished I discovered them earlier before I got my first betta. Despite me not getting my betta from them, I always go back to their shop to ask for advice and purchase accessories, their in house star formula drops, liquid gold and water conditioner. I got beautiful snails from them too. Harmon is so knowledgeable and generous in his sharing. Had some great advices from Harmon on selecting my first Betta. Lotsa tips on keeping, maintaining, feeding etc. And they don’t hard sell on anything at all. Totally a happy experience…. Now I am just happily looking forward to see my Betta grow and enjoying itself.

It was my first visit. Although I was there for a short while as I was running errands to a few places, I managed to get what I needed promptly without wasting much time. Harmon was quick to respond to several customers promptly at the same time too. Service was excellent. This was the first time I experience a modern way of running a small and highly efficient fish business. Shopping experience was prompt, efficient, and serves my purpose well. My main interest is betta fish in aquascape nano tanks. I also have a 2 ft tank with more females and a male among smaller fishes. If your interest is betta fish, this is a shop you must visit. Photos: (I bought a red HM and few banana plant from the shop. Tank, other decor, light and silver tetras were my precious set up bought elsewhere.) I will definitely consider buying more exotic breeds from Just Betta in future when space allows! ?

It was my first time there and I was really impressed by the wide variety of Bettas available! The shop owner was really helpful in explaining the various types of bettas and their personalities. I was planning to have Cherry shrimps in my 5 gallon tank and he also recommended keeping Java fern. Super love the Betta chose. “Passion” is his name and the Java fern in my new thank setup! Now my sister wants to keep one too! Will revisit soon ???? love it!
