β β β β β The staff made an effort to explain as detailed as it can be on the problems that my aircon is having. Most important is that made an extra effort to give solutions to resolve them. Very clear in procedures going to be performed and the pricing.
In addition the total time spent is within 2 hours, which is very fast.
As compared to my past experiences with other aircon cleaning and maintenance services companies, Just Cool Aircon has definitely won my heart and money where I've decided to engage them for long term services.
I highly recommend Just Cool Aircon to whoever facing problems with their aircon.

β β β β β The team is very efficient and professional. The staffs work endlessly from morning to night to help replace 4 aircons at our house. Prior to that, the supervisor even came down few days before to check out the wiring at our house so that the installation on the day itself can be carried smoothly. He was also very responsive to our queries! Will definitely recommend them and engage them again whenever we need servicing! :)

Company replied very fast on WhatsApp. Repairman came on time, explained various options and pros/cons to me, told me honestly what Iβd need or not need. I really liked his honesty. Service rate is very reasonable
