★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience as technicians waste no time in hardselling about chemical wash and gas topup for condensors, without much explanation except insisting it’s “dirty or will spoil soon”. Although this came as a referral from a friend, I was very unlucky to meet dishonest technicians. Never again for me.

The technician is very professional and also explain the condition of the air con clearly. Before the cleaning, I need to max out the fan and turn down the temperature to 20 DegC to have the bedroom cool down but after the chemical wash, I had set back to 25 Deg C with medium fan speed to have the same coolness. The cleaning is very effective and reduces the electricity consumption significantly! I definitely will recommend Sky Blue and will call them for the next service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for 3 units servicing in Mar 2019 but told 1 of the unit badly in need of chemical overhaul, showed coil dirty, told will do a thorough job, taking down whole unit and all. Fact: less than 2 months, 2 of the units start pouring like waterfall. Claimed not responsible, only serviced roller and not coil as stated on invoice. Called office to get boss to call back. Office staff hung up on me and another (Penny or sort) claimed that manger will not call back and she is in-charge. When servicing, claim will guarantee 3 months but when called, said 1 month- also not stated in the invoice.

No hardselling of additional "services", just general recommendation of what may be required for the FCUs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Master Bedroom aircon stop working last night, I've called the office in morning and they able to provide urgent service on the same date. Very satisfy with the helpful office girl and technicians who came to my house. They help me fix my aircon with a fair price. I decided to sign up a contract package as the price was quite reasonable too.
