β β β β β We have a total of 4 pax and ordered the following dishes:
1) Mapo Tofu
2) Sweet Potato Leaves (skip this)
3) steamed sea bass with bean paste $28
4) Fried Butter Crabs - $28 for 2
The portion was super generous and we paid a total of $78 for the above dishes which we found to be super reasonable for a zichar place that has air con and a comfortable seating area. The vegetables was a bit bland but the rest of the dishes were so delicious, we cleaned off all the plates. Referring to the earlier reviews, this place is totally underrated. If you come around 7.30pm, you might actually have trouble finding a table at all - shows that it's really popular.

β β β β β crab is good deal. 2 decent sized crab for sgd 28. i haven't found any cheaper than this in Singapore.
ordered fried butter crab. the flavor is great, but i feel the crab is a bit overcooked as the meat is a little mushy.
crispy noodles is below expectation. i thought it would be very crispy before getting soaked. it's a little chewy in the beginning.
fried oyster is normal. there are 5 pieces of oysters.
payment by cash only.

β β β β β Waiting time ard 45mins for Friday dinner, sat down at 7.30pm but first dish only appeared ard 8.15pm.
Good are generally overly salty, hor fun sauce too thick, not a fan of any dishes we ordered, unlikely we will be back.

β β β β β Found this place while exploring the area. Decided to give it a try as the prices was pretty reasonable.
Ordered , yan zhou fried rice, hor fan, sambal kangkong, cerial fried fish and prawn paste chicken.
Portion wise it's pretty good for the price.
Prawn paste chicken very well fried, crispy and flavourful.
fried rice, sambal kangkong and cereal fried fish all pretty good.
Only the hor fan does not taste that good.

β β β β β 1. Salted egg yolk chicken 2/5: chicken is soggy becos itβs not deep fried nicely, not due to the sauce~ Chicken cube also abit η»΅η»΅?? Idk how to describe but definitely not the best salted egg chicken. However, portion was generous!
2. Kang kong pretty standard & normal~ Not much sauce & not spicy at all.
3. Combination Omelette also normal, nothing special!
Overall can try to order other food, they have quite a variety to choose from!
