★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to try upon the reviews. I must have been served with food less of the quality that others got. I was rather disappointed because of the flavor and the dryness of the chicken cutlet and its grilled fish. The sweet potato fries was ok, but tasted a bit off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Holland Village branch for dinner. Ordered Grilled Fish with Tomato Salsa and Monster Beef Burger. The grilled fish came without the salsa sauce and the mashed potato was covered with tartar sauce instead.
Nonetheless, we went ahead and have our meal after informing the staff of the mistake. Halfway through our meal, a staff came over with a complimentary plate of grilled fish complete with the sides and correct sauce request.
We were quite surprised by the gesture of goodwill, and kindly declined since we knew we can't finish it. However, the chef insisted to have it packed for takeaway.
JWS really values their customers and go to great lengths to make their dining experience an unforgettable one. By the way, the coleslaw was fresh and generous too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the monster beef burger set. Beef patty is juicy and tender. The fries and coleslaw sides were standard. The portion size was huge and value for money.
Came back and ordered the molten cheese lava monster burger and expectations were thoroughly met. The amount of cheese on and slathered around the burger was magnificent. The sides were very generous portioned and the pricing was seriously a steal. Best western I've had at the price point
