★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem for vegans in a tight budget. Feels and taste like home cooked food. They also have a soup that is really delicious. The owner is also hands on with the business. I will be recommending this place to my friends who also wants to have vegan dishes.

Several dishes I've tried include:
1. Kway Chap ($3.50). The ingredients inside are quite a lot -- tau kwa, tau pok, mock intestine, and some others. To me, the 'more attractive' component is actually the soup itself. It is slightly sweet and has a somewhat herby taste to it, very enjoyable.
2. Zhai Er ($3/box). It is well-seasoned, but at times it can be quite oily.
3. Vegetarian Bee Hoon ($2.50). The bee hoon is stir-fried well -- not too dry and not too oily. It comes with a serving of vegetable, char siew, and zhai er.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is underrated! High quality and cheap food with friendly owner. The food tastes close to home cooked. The complementary warm soup is perfect for a rainy day. Had the vegetarian kway chap last time and it was flavourful, but I still prefer the cai fan.
