โ โ โ โ โ Located within Holland Drive Food Centre. Generous portion for a $3 Hakka Noodle meal. Ingredients were fresh, noodles was springy. Tasted good

โ โ โ โ โ Noodle is good! The kind that I like which is springy / al dente. Topped with lard oil and minced meat, resembles those that I had in Malaysia. Comes with generous serving of fish balls and yong tau foo, and a healthy portion of Bok Choy! That is very rare for noodle stall to do that! Unfortunately when I was there at 12.45 on this Saturday, most yong tau foo sold out, so got to come back again earlier next time to try then.

โ โ โ โ โ Uncle and auntie were friendly. E-payment was available too. The noodles were tasty, thanks to the sinful amount of oil. Lots of ingredients for the large bowl at $4. Unfortunately, I find the yong tau foo ingredients mediocre.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice food from this Hakka noodles stall. Ordered Hakka noodles $3.50 portion. Generous with portion and ingredients. Slightly too much oil if you are health conscious.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely delightful noodles. Ordered the kway teow dry with chilli and Sichuan vegetables. Got the small one for $3.50, tar bao box add $0.20 each.
The Sichuan vegetables gives it an added crunch and the ytf is fresh. Their sauce is very unique. Ask for crispy lard if you like, theirs don't have the oil smell.

โ โ โ โ โ Hakka Noodle set is great value. Ask for no chilli on your noodles, it will overwhelm the flavour of the noodles. Yong tau foo are well made and served in a light clear soup. I'm Hakka and this is pretty authentic and tasty.

โ โ โ โ โ The best dish Iโve had so far in 2022! The Hakka noodle with its sauce, mince meat and Yong Tau fu was surprisingly tasty, no wonder the medium size queue. Portion is generous and all for only $4.50 for large size. The old couple chef is friendly. Will come back again for this delicious noodle!
