Came here to try the DIY rice balls as I had read a lot of good reviews about them. And let me tell you, they were worth EVERY CENT. I loved the strong umami flavour from the tuna, fish roe and seaweed, and it's also really fun to mix and shape these using your own hands. The staff were super friendly and service was pretty quick. I'll definitely be coming back once to actually try the chicken here. I 100% recommend you check this place out, you won't be disappointed!!

I spit it out after eating kimchi. And there is no Nurungji.. I think It tastes similar to chicken rice. So if you choose the roasted ginseng chicken, I don't recommend it. Buy chicken rice and eat it. However, seasoned chicken and fried chicken are very delicious. I hope the store owner pays attention to the signature menu and kimchi.

We ordered the (half) Yangnyeom Chicken and rice ball. Both are great! Chicken is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Flavour is perfectttt. Rice ball was interesting, I never ate anything like that before, I'm not sure how common it is in Korean restaurant. Because it's sticky rice, it's quite heavy, one bowl can be shared as a side between 3 people. We didn't order any drinks, as most of their drinks are alcohol. Total damage is 30 bucks. Value for money for their quality.

Been here twice and the food is really good. The second time we went here, it was just one table that was occupied and it took more than 35 mins for our order to come. Was surprised as last time when we were here, the restaurant was fairly busy and our food didn’t take long. We had beers and two dishes which cost us around 75SGD, which I think is decent.

This little gem along east coast road serves up Korea styled dishes that are perfectly cooked. The yangnyum fried chicken was really crispy on the outside and tender/moist on the inside. Together with the chilli based sauce they use to coat it with at the end, you get a real winner here. The rice ball (which is DIY) wasn't bad either. I have never tried this dish before and I found it interesting to say the least. A combination of seaweed, tuna flakes, fish roe, cheese and rice that you can roll into a ball yourself (gloves provided). Great first experience and looking forward to my next one.

This restaurant is along the stretch of F&B outlets. One could have easily missed out this place while browsing the alley for food as it doesn’t stand out. The kitchen is on the 1st flr while dining area is on 2nd flat. Simple furnishings. We ordered the hot & spicy charcoal chicken which come with cheese filled ricecakes! (Really love it ?), the DIY rice and a Jeju ale to pair up. I recommend that you go with the ale with meal. This is for 2 pax and the portion is just nice . Price ard $58. Waiting time for food is 30mins.

Great Korean Royal Beer. The DIY rice balls were so yummy! Everyone in my family enjoyed it. The fried chicken is as good as the ones we got in Seoul. Small try the oven baked chicken the next time.

Decent Korean food but relatively quiet on a Saturday night as it’s easy to miss this place. Dining is on the 2nd floor and itβ€˜s only the kitchen on street level which doesn’t capture much attention. There were 2 tables of Koreans dining there which is a good sign. Seafood pancake was in a good portion and lightly battered, but the seafood wasn’t evenly spread out. The kimchi was very refreshing and well balanced. BBQ boneless chicken was tender with a slightly sweet, savoury sauce, with cheese dopoki. But I didn’t feel like the $35 price tag was justified. However, communication with the waitresses was very tedious because they’re all from India. We had a very tough time trying to understand what they were saying because of their heavily accented English. Major communication breakdown.
