Why does the staff lack any basic manners?
And I actually stood there for a minute without them even saying anything. Why would you hire people like that lel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called ahead to check if they were open and on their website they stated 630pm. But when I called they said 530pm. The staff was rude and impatient too as though as he wanted to end the call as soon as possible. I wanted to get some guards but was told that I cannot even try them on to see if they fit. Even if I have purchased the item, I am unable to do an exchange. All in all, bad service, attitude and inaccurate information on their page as well. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently came by to the store at IMM to purchase a Wacoku ULTIMATE Series (Black) taekwondo uniform and was really impressed by the customer service given. They waited for me to arrive before closing the shop and even gave me a free drink when they saw how tired I was from rushing to get there on time after work. I was also very impressed when they were able to complete the name embroidery on the same day! I am really satisfied with the quality of the uniform as it was lightweight, comfortable and most importantly affordable. I will definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking to buy a black belt uniform and will not hesitate to give a 10/10 for their excellent service and quality! :D
