★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service - refused refunds because products was bought from Adidas online shop during the 3/8 Women's sale. Claimed that sale items bought online during this period cannot be refunded via the store. When asked if they could check on the refund procedures for such products, said male salesperson insisted that buyers should ask Adidas Online shop themselves, as Adidas Jem is a franchise, so they're "Adidas Wingtai", not Adidas Singapore.
I'm not sure if customers need to know such differences. This should be sorted out backend between Wingtai and Asia's Singapore, and not get customers to be the middle person between a franchise and an original store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from staff. Told me the item I selected is not under the promotion so I could make full use of the discount. Cashier also asked if I have member with them and helped me check so I could accumulate points. Two thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a visit recently to adidas jem, poor attitude n service by staff shine. not answering to my questions and kept mumbling?? felt that he was rude with his tone, this the way u treat customers with questions? very unsatisfied.. need to buck up ur standard... adidas/wingtai...
