Just went to get my leather sneaker modified so that it can fit my feet better and I have to say that I'm so impressed with Klingmen's professionalism and impeccable service. He helped me with the insoles modification which took maybe 10 mins(?) and even gave me tips and advice on how to better care for them. ☺️?? It was nice to see a young talent with such dedication and passion for what he does.

Very welcoming, great customer service and hassle free transaction. They do also educate you on what they will fix and also how to take care of your shoes after fixing it. Thank you Klingsmen for reviving my wedding shoes. I’m not into shoes, so I never really bothered taking care of it until I realize the sentimental value of it. One happy customer here and I recomend Shoe Clinic guys! ☺️

Sent a pair of timberland boots that was abt 5 years old, sole was splitting because I don't really wear them a lot. Initially thought the price to glue and press them back was a bit high, but was really impressed after I came down to collect them a few days later. Great workmanship by the young cobbler, even filled in the small gaps at some of the edges due to wear. Could tell he really finished off the edges well as they were smooth. And really appreciate then he even oiled the leather. Boots really look so much more refreshed now. Would definitely come back if I have another pair that needs fixing

I don’t even want to give a single star. If have negative star i will grade. Super Unprofessional, Super Disorganised shop. Super Disappointed. Shoe almost went missing and took another 1 week to finally retrieve. Never encounter such service before. Totally terrible.

Went down to expand my shoes cause its really tight at the back of the heel. Was told it cost $25 for shoe expansion, but when i went down to the shop the tall guy in spectacles(max) mentioned to me that the back area is hard to expand an dinfact instead of expnding , he suggested to remove the insoles and replace with tacco leather insoles instead. And now my shoes feel good and now i saved money instead of expanding my shoes and it cost $18 for the leather insoles thanks! Payment is also easy here they accept various digital payment like paylah!

Been to this little repair shop twice. Served by 2 different cobblers but both equally professional ????. My first visit was to mend a broken heel. The young chap was very friendly and willing to share his knowledge. He said that the heel was only held to the sole by glue and that's not really ideal. I was quite flabbergasted cos I paid a premium for that pair of heels and was a little peeved the manufacturer didn't even had the decency to use nails. So the young chap helped me mend the broken one and added nail to the other shoe too. It was a job well done, very well cleaned up too with no sloppy glue marks and at a fraction of what it would cost to buy a new pair. Thru our chat the chap also shared that his dream was to design and make shoes of his own brand. So to prepare himself, he decided to learn the craft and start by perfecting his skills in fixing shoes. Inspiring ?? 2nd visit was to mend my girl's sandals. One of the straps had come off the sole and while the shoes were a little worn, they still had much distance to go before the landfill. So we brought it down to the clinic for a consult. This time it was an older man (perhaps the shifu???), who looked very lao jiao. I was half expecting him to tell me it wouldn't be worth the money to repair the shoe and to just go get a new pair instead. To my surprise, he quoted a very very reasonable price and said he would stitch the strap back. Collect in 45min. I thought he would just smear some glue and stick the strap in. But no, the strap was very nicely sewn in ? So much so I almost wanted him to sew all the parts in lest they fall out in future ? Anyway 1 pair of shoes fewer in the landfill and money saved from buying a new pair. It's quite rare to find such good and honest craftsmen these days. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Didn't know there's a shoe repair shop in the first place. Went to Minister Shoe in Tampines 1 and was rejected by them. These shoes cannot be found in Sg. It's a blessing to be served by Mr Lloyd. Explained in details to me shoes can be fix. Final result is amazing. very precise stitches and resole works done by Mr Lloyd. Bought in my 2nd pairs of shoes to get the sole done up too. Highly recommended!

Friendly and passionate shoe repair master, price here is also extremely reasonable! Will come back to do more repairs with my other boots as needed. Highly recommended.
