★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the property and they informed me that I have been relocated to another (worse) unit, only to find out that the availability was open again the next day.
They still would not accept my reservation but it was open for other people to book, which leads me to believe that they use this property to get bookings for their other properties and they just relocate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked this hostel but when arriving in the middle of the night I was told I had no reservation and I had been moved out of the city to another hotel. It is small, disgustingly dirty, bugs everywhere. I've spent so much extra money on taxis as I am no longer in the centre. I asked for a refund but they refused!! Bad service, horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here for a few days, the place is very comfortable & I really enjoy stay here bcoz the staff Li is very friendly and helpful in many ways. But I was surprised to hear that Li is no longer working at this establishment, as I can't believe that he's done such a bad thing to a customer.When I stay here, Li had good attitude and very good person to customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was not right, a guy named Thillaiyarasu behaved innocently in front of us but in reality he was not like that, he was the one who threw all my friend's stuff in the trash. The real problem is, they do not communicate properly, my friend does not know how they throw it is a crime but my friend has a good heart so he has not yet lodged any police complaint, but the administration did not say the exact reason it was actually done by the staff. My kind request you guys don't prefer this place...
