This is an affordable backpackers hostel with clean and affordable accommodation and a friendly staff. Good for those who just want a clean and comfortable bed without the extra amenities of an actual hotel that backpackers don't really need. The hostel is very near the hawker center in Chinatown Complex and only a few minutes walk to the Chinatown MRT (NE4 - purple line) and the Outram MRT Interchange (EW16 - Green line / NE - purple line). You must know that these are dormitory type of rooms. Meaning you book a bed for each person, not a private room. During my stay, I was in a room with 4 other guests. I was very lucky my roommates were not the snoring types or those with smelly stuff. :-) Another thing is that guests share a common bathroom and toilet. So you have to wait for your turn and when there are plenty of guests, I suggest you wake up earlier than the rest and do what you badly need to do. :-D I highly recommend this Hostel to any true backpacker visiting Singapore.

Good place if you want to save some more money in this superexpensive city. Very friendly staff. Talk to Mr. Andrew about photography. His father was one the most prominent photographers. The best seascape photographer.
