β β β β β Very rude eldery Chinese chef n the Muslim lady.
As we didn't order from them, we are told not to eat near their areas,which is a gov occupied premises.
Should take them for counseling n know what is manners all about
Disgrace Singaporean. Maybe they are not Singaporeans

β β β β β The Cashier named "June" is so impatient in taking orders. Told her that she's so rude and she just smiled and shrug her shoulders. Didn't even apologise. I hope management will look into training the employees some basic manners and customer service.

β β β β β I think their food is getting from good to okay to worse. It felt like those are for feeding the animals. I wonder if the staff there ever eat whatever they have cooked. Yes it is not a restaurant but it doesn't mean one can just pour everything into the pot, scoop up and call it food. Take pride in whatever one is doing, respect own job!

β β β β β Saw very bad reviews posted here so decide to post a reasonable review for the stall. Tried the toast with half boiled eggs here whenever I bring my parents for heart consultation. The signature beef noodle honestly isnβt too bad

β β β β β Worst cafe employees ever. My husband was in his wheelchair and was having his lunch somewhere around Kaffe & Toast after he was done with his chemotherapy. One lady from this cafe came out shouting and said to eat elsewhere. He were not eating nearby their cafe even, why should we go away. Even few more people were eating around us, why only us? Even the old mean man came out and started shouting at us. I was so hurt, my hubby was about to reply them back but I stopped him. No point talking back to people who have no heart or no common sense. These kind of people shouldn't be allowed to work near a hospital as people who come to eat there are mostly patient and attendants who have lot going on in their mind.

β β β β β Quite pricey but food taste not bad. The staff who took my order was kind to me so it was rather weird to see so many bad reviews. Not many seats around and it's mostly crowded during lunch hours.

Order a breakfast,the malay lady who attend to me was very rude,
The way she treat a customer is not professional, actually ,cant hear what she saying n ask her again,with very rude tone she reply
She needs to attend customer services.
Kaffe & Toast NHCS pleased take note about her.

β β β β β Is quite okay, the noodles had a lot of clumpy bits stuck together. Lots of people were having the thai iced milk tea, which is quite nice, less sweet that other places, as i suppose it is a hospital setting. There are seats behind the stall which not many people realise. Meatballs are pretty decent, chicken was tender but found it too sweet.
