Good service as always. always went there to service my logitech items. seller allowed me to collect free headphone stand when there was no stock when I bought. Good after sales service and not just focusing on new customers/sales

Great service. Easy to claim warranty. Best to set appointment either via Facebook or their website. Product was LOGICTECH MX VERTICAL MOUSE. Most important was that I was not given any grief with the process. I advise also not to call as the person answering is not a receptionist so will be pretty straightforward that you should log via their website and you might assume rude, when her advise is just how their process is.

Thank you Alvin for your patience, spending over 40 minutes explaining and guiding me through the process. The issue was not with Netgear, but with our ISP change. Already considered purchasing a different brand but this experience assured me that we made the right choice with Netgear. Thank you again Alvin!

I bought the orbis routers and mesh and Alvin has been very helpful. He came to my place not once but a few times to troubleshoot on my intermittent internet connection… thanks for being so responsive and going the extra miles. Really exceeded my expectation!!!

Excellent post support probably one of the best I have had in Singapore. Procured the Orbi RBK353 via Lazada. i had issues connecting it to my Singtel Optical Network Router. Tried calling Singtel, useless service could not solve the issue. Decided to put in a link to Kaira for the Orbi support, process was seamless. Got an appointment notice within a minute for a support call over the phone. One day prior to the support Reeve Chan from Kaira emailed a reminder of the appointment. On actual day he called to inquire about the issue. Very polite and helpful. He took the time needed to understand my setup and also the issue i encountered. After which he helped troubleshoot my issue and found that my so called "Singtel Optical Network Router" was configured as a Terminal bridge mode, hence the usual plug and play would not work, will need to configure a VLAN on the Orbi. He walk me through the process patiently. From start to finish it was about 20-30 mins but it was the best time spend with a technical specialist who really spend time understanding the customer and issues. Wish all support calls were like this one, definitely a plus to Kiara and Netgear. Awesome job Reeve, thanks for your help, happily exploring the network now. Buy a Netgear, you will be happy with the after sales support.

Utterly disappointed with their warranty claim. Sent in a motherboard that need to be fixed oversea since 9 March until today (17 June) still not even ready to be collected. My shipping goods from china to Singapore also reached Singapore,yet theirs until now not even ready. Slow warranty claims. Was further informed by the staff that i need to wait further for approximately 2 more weeks until my motherboard will be arrive.

I was most impressed earlier (22 February 2022, between 2:30 to 3pm) by the quality of the customer service provided by one of your after-sales staff at the counter β€” a friendly middle-aged gentleman in a blue polo shirt. When it was my turn, and on learning that I had been wrongly referred by Logitech to visit Kaira (when I should have approached another company for warranty support since I had bought the product from Harvey Norman), he kindly looked up the contact details of that company on my behalf. Obviously, I was pleasantly surprised and touched by this nice gesture. This is top-quality service and certainly also reflects the excellent leadership at Kaira, and I hope the said personnel will be suitably recognised for his valuable customer care. In ending, I look forward to visiting your fine establishment with my future purchases. Once again, thanks very much!

Never like to go service centre. But this one is exceptionally pleasant. Served by very professional and polite staffs. RMA Hardisk was presented with both hands by Mr Liew Kim Hu. His assurance has regained my confidence level in the company & product again. Thumb up! ??
