I love it. I recommend putting vinegar and chilli oil to eat together. It brings out the flavour more. The noodles were cooked perfectly, Al dente. The flavour is good. The portion is enough. And you can up size and add hard boiled egg free of charge. The staff service is good too.

I'm happy to writting my review while eating at the restaurant now. There are full house when my dining time around 19:30 but get my food very fast and the taste of the dry ramen will be 1 of the best that I been tried in Sg. Free upsize, free hard boil eggs, free soup and tea. Although busy but the service still very fast and friendly. Will come back again and good job. Cheer!!

This is my first time trying out Mazesoba, a soupless ramen! Visited Kajiken for dinner and ordered the Mazesoba with All Toppings - the all toppings included chicken karaage, braised pork and char siew! The meal also comes with a cup of green tea and a bowl of Paitan Soup, which is a bowl of tonkatsu soup made from pork marrow bones. The Mazesoba tasted pretty good, the umami in the sauce coated the noodles well and gave it a nice savoury flavour. Don't forget to give the noodles a good 20 seconds mix for the full flavour to soak in!

Vegetarian mazesoba was excellent. Great flavours, and wonderful noodle texture. Free flow egg and barley tea was included. Recommended!

Always wanted to try the dry ramen at Kajiken whenever I walked past the restaurant at Paya Lebar Square, and I finally got to try it! I ordered the Hokkaido Mazesoba which included salmon flakes, salmon roe and butter! All of the mains there come with a cup of green tea and a bowl of Paitan Soup (tonkatsu soup). The Paitan Soup is very flavourful and thick, and helps to work up your appetite for the Mazesoba. I also ordered the Chicken Karaage and Agedashi Tofu for sides. Was so full, but very satisfied, after the meal! It was quite crowded when I was there during dinner time on a weekday, so I would suggest going at off-peak hours if you want to avoid the crowd.

The people here are very friendly and service oriented. They will keep asking if we need any refill. They offer free top up of noodles, hard boil eggs, soup and tea when you order their noodles. Very generous! The aunty explained the steps to eat the noodles and shared what is their soup ingredients. Personally, I still prefer soupy noodles to this dry version. This dry version is a bit salty for my liking. I hope they can consider having soup based soba in their menu since they have a nice soup to begin with. ?

My favourite was their Mazesoba Nagoya Style, it was served with spicy minced pork, soft boiled egg, seaweed and a handful of spring onion. The noodle blended with the ingredients perfectly, every strand picked up didnโ€™t break easily and paired really well with the ingredients in it. The sauce soaked into the noodles nicely, thus every bite was just satisfying for me. There was Free Upsize of noodles! So worthy! There was also free flow of Boiled eggs avail. I personally like their toppings like chicken karage and pork belly too!

Itโ€™s my first time trying mazesoba and I was surprised. The taste was good and my mouth was full of taste and texture of different ingredients. It was a good experience. I had added noodle. They also have unlimited boiled egg and soup. The chicken itself was tender and crispy. I love it as there were loads of spring onions too! I am a super fan. I love all my food with spring onion and there was a lot in the bowl. It was so good when you mixed all the ingredients together. Just itโ€™s a bit salty. Even the soup. Hopefully the taste can be milder. Overall it was good.
