Very satisfied with the service and professionalism here, first time customers here along with my sister. The haircut service was prompt but detailed, the hairstylist Jan was meticulous, really paid attention to what I wanted and was helpful in suggesting other style improvements. As I also suffered from an oily scalp, I asked Jan what could be done about it and he kindly recommended me a Deep-cleansing scalp treatment. It was my virgin experience with a scalp treatment and after the treatment, my scalp did feel much more comfortable and cleaner than before. Throughout the whole visit, service was prompt and the stylist Jan was very friendly, it’s understandable how he has quite a few good reviews here, I highly recommend him and the shop for your hairstyling needs.

I went to dye my hair and the stylist notice i had irritation on my scalp. Before anyone say "alah, it is normal, salon normally upsell their products", I would beg to differ. She did it professionally and not once was it in a pushy vibe. She recommended me to get a product for the irritation and I have not an ounce of regret! It helped me so much and I cannot thank her enough. I did not manage to get her name though EDIT : STYLIST NOR!!! Side note, my hair colour is still vivid today. IDK which brand they use but i am impressed! Those who dyed their hair in reds would know how fast the colour fade but mine is still amazzzzzzzing! Side Note: My hair took longer than intended that it spilled over their closing hours, not a single 'tsk' or frown. they were still happily attending to me, chatting making me feel less guilty. My husband came for a hair cut recently and as a male, he was reluctant to go to a salon. He rather go fuss free void deck barber. But my man was impress! What he wanted he got and he was so happy with his hairstyle. WE will definitely be coming back for our hair needs!!

Visited Karva on the 19th of December 2021 and was greeted by Nor and Jan. They were the sweetest people - giving me their fullest attention! I did a French Balayage in Purple as I wanted something eye catching and they did it perfectly for me ? I’m definitely coming back to do a different colour once this one fades out! Thank you Nor & Jan for being the sweetest hair dressers - and for telling me what shampoo to use etc ? Can’t wait to see you guys again real soon!

Hands down the best team I’ve come across so far. Everyone is friendly and everyone goes the extra mile. For example, the crew do a thorough job when washing hair, complete with top-notch head massage skills (a real treat) unlike some saloons I’ve been to before, which do a cursory job. Above all, I’ve trusted my stylist Nor for more than a decade. She is an EXPERT at her craft and whether I’m just there for a trim or looking for something a bit different, she is always up to the task.

I did creative colour at Karva. My hair was done by Stylist Nor. I am so happy with the outcome of my hair. She did an amazing job!! The staffs were also very friendly and nice. I would recommend to go here! ???

Brought my 2 girls here for their first ever haircut. Yinny and Lydia were both super patient and gentle with my girls! Would definitely come back for their next haircut.

It was my first time visit yesterday and the shop was just super packed from 12pm all the way till 8pm, was literally watching all the staffs working nonstop, however, all staffs continued engaging the customers during their waiting time, made sure customers were attended to (s/o to my hairstylist - Yinny, who exuded great quality of customer service throughout my whole perm session in the salon). Great CS, great products, great skills, won’t be exploring new salons anytime soon!

Jan is a very experienced hairstylist. Very likeable personality. His skills are superbly good. Able to cut my hair even when I have scalp psoriasis. He doesn’t discriminate and also makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommended
