★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here several times and both Doctors Jack and Sarah have incredible bedside manner. As some of the reviews mention, the waiting time can be long when the clinic is crowded, but that is because the doctors don't rush their patients, and really take the time to understand and advice them. This might not be the best place to visit if you're in a hurry, otherwise, I highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been looking for a doctor in this neighborhood for a while now and I’m very pleased to find this clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful, wait time is short and the doctor is thorough and has an excellent demeanor. She answers all my questions, has a caring attitude and knows her stuff. Patients can walk-in or make appointments which Makes it very convenient to plan a visit when possible, but also when something suddenly arises. I was also happy to be able to get my yearly female check-up instead of visiting the gynecologist. Saved me a couple hundred dollars too. And the doctor called me herself with the results instead of having her staff do it. I appreciate this kind of caring service. I’ve found the perfect family clinic and I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always receiptionists not picking up calls. Directed to website which stated walk in available. When we reached at 10:30am with a baby gal having fever and an elderly with dizziness, the recep rejected us reason being they have alot of patients coming in soon. It gives us an impression that they don't want to work overtime. 10:30 is still early for the day and pls pick up calls during operating hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb service. I was the last patient of the day and was attended to by Dr Sarah Jane Packer who was extremely patient (no pun intended) with me. She was reassuring and professional. One of the best Doctors I have been to in my life. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the best experience at Katong Family Clinic today. My 3 year old daughter was ill and difficult to manage during the consult. Dr Lee was patient, kind and efficient in examining my daughter. But due credit needs to also go to the reception staff who provided the best customer service with a smile despite being so busy.
