Dr Chong is very nice with the patients

Dr Chong and Dr Erwin Kay are very professional and helpful doctors. Staff are all very accommodating and friendly..been my family clinic so many years...keep.it up

Dr Chong is really friendly and detailed in his analysis, taking his time to explain to the patient. There’s very few patients, so there’s less waiting time.

Dr. Chong is very detailed in doing diagnosis before giving explanations to the patient, makes the patient feel more assured by telling them what is wrong, why it happened, and what you can expect for the road to recovery!

Terrible, arrogant doctor with outdated knowledge. I went there to get a referral to a specialist who can diagnose and examine my giddiness which have been causing me nearly fainting in every random places. Since I also have a chronic illness in my lower body, I was suspecting that it might be something like postural hypotension due to lack of circulation. He checked my blood pressure when I’m sitting down and listened to my chest, checked my eyes, but he couldn’t do blood test because it was in the evening. He said everything seems fine to him, so it must be in my head. He said he can only refer me to a psychiatrist but not a cardio doctor or vascular doctor. HE TOTALLY IGNORED the fact that I have a chronic illness in my lower body which might playing a roll with this, also my giddiness happens whenever I suddenly move body up, and whenever that happens my heartbeat goes up to 170bpm all the sudden. He never asked any questions regarding my condition but just kept on asking about my mental health. I told him I've been seeing a counsellor for quite sometime and it's nothing to do with this, but he was questioning where my counsellor works(as if I'm making things up) and demanding me to show him the report from my counsellor that I am normal(!!!wow. just wow!!!), as if I’m being mental. He was so certain about his own idea, VERY reluctant to write me a referral to a specialist. He kept on saying that it will cost me a lot if my insurance doesn’t cover-which is none of his business. I will never go back to this clinic and never recommend to anyone. The next day I went to another GP who checked my blood pressure 2 times when lying down and standing up, assuming right away that it might be postural hypotension. this doctor wrote a referral letter to an internal medicine doctor.

Reached by 12:22 on Sat wanted just buy a tube of wound healing gel and the receptionist said closed. I was told closed at 12:30pm on Saturday and I came all the way from Tiong Bahru, she then replied oh system closed already, come on Monday. So much disappointment on the service. Side note: I’m happy with Dr erwin kay as he’s good. It’s just the service that I’m unhappy with.

dr chong swee long was arrogant and unfriendly. checked my health just for the sake of it and seemed bothered. aunties at the supermarket can show more concern than him liao lol. wouldn't even come back or recommend to anybody. the malay counter lady was friendly though, unlike him.
