★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the pre departure PCR test. Despite the last minute rush Dr. Harshal and the staff were very kind and caring and helped us with the test. Dr Harshal was himself actively interacting and helping with rest of the staff around the clinic due to lot of crowd even well past their operating hours.
Dr Harshal was also very courteous and listened to our case and provided his valuable guidance in very calm manner even when we reached the clinic via phone and he called back himself at the end of the day.
Highly recommend him and this clinic for anyone seeking good medical advice. While one may experience long waiting hours due to lot of crowd but this explains the popularity of this clinic I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic staff is very supportive and helpful.
I took my mother to the clinic for swollen feet. Dr. Harshal listened patiently about the problem and also explained some home remedy and gave medicines and sent her for xray.
We felt very comfortable as Dr. himeself comes to waiting area and escort the patient inside and also very cost efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was intimidated at first because both counter staff and all 7-8 patients waiting were Indians. But felt welcome when i entered.
Doctor was nice but sometimes he mumbles and recites information like he’s a robot. Didn’t get much information from him about my condition. If doctor could speak slower and more clearly.
Was concerned that all seating is inside packed with 10+ chairs within small area. Many coughing patients were waiting in this area too.
Update: was supposed to have follow up review with doc. But now happy happy close for consultation, only available for ART/PCR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Harshal - one of the kindest professionals I’ve ever met. Three years ago, we ran to him for an emergency, since then TrueCare is our family clinic.
Dr. Harshal is truly a rare combination of having an excellent medical expertise along with a compassionate, caring approach towards patients. His warm smile and simple nature makes doctor visit a pleasant experience. He listens, asks the right questions, takes his time and is methodical in the treatment.
His diagnosis, proactive testing, getting right specialist treatment when required, has been very effective, in fact live-saver for us on an occasion. His timely medical advice has helped my family tremendously, including for parents, relatives visiting from overseas.
The clinic has reasonable charges and offers more convenience with a wide range of accredited tests.
I highly recommend TrueCare clinic as trustworthy partner for your healthcare needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses are pretty friendly so one star for them, but wouldn’t recommend the doctor. Consultation was very brief and quick - he gave the impression that he wanted it that way so he could take the next patient asap. Answers to my questions were really brief as well, with no concrete conclusion. Couldn’t really make out what he was saying most of the time also because he talked really quickly without properly enunciating his words. More importantly, when I voiced concern about my condition, he brushed it off too promptly by saying he didn’t see any red flags without properly listening and understanding. 100% would not recommend. Really don’t get why there are so many patients in this clinic. Don’t waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is pleasant and attentive. However the service could be improved. Registration takes a while, as counter is small and crowded w outgoing patients and there’s no signage to say if you’re covered you have to indicate so during registration. And when you say you’re actually covered, they insist you pay by cash or nets because they can’t change the payment mode they have decided for you. Hence -3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Harshal is an excellent doctor and has a very warm and kind personality. True care clinic has a comprehensive range of tests which are done at accredited laboratories. It is very easy to book an appointment and the service is prompt. I am very happy with my experience at True Care clinic and I definitely recommend it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is good and patience to explain. However the service can be much improved. I am not the first time to the clinic due to chronic illness following up regularly. Registration takes a while, dispenser of medication also takes sometime. With only less than 5 patients in the clinic. It always take more than 1.5 hours in the clinic from registration to medication dispenser. It can be frustrating
