★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Google does not allow a zero star rating. I've had to go this doctor a few times because of our company's policy and each time he was dismissive and inattentive. Further, his diagnosis for simple ailments tended to be wrong, causing multiple trips to the clinic and prolonged discomfort from mistreatment. After several visits, I have also observed Dr Chua to be quite racist towards some of his patients. Overall, I have had very bad experiences here.

Very meticulous and precise in diagnosis and he always dispensed the most suitable medication as required. The doctor is very knowledgeable and experienced. The clinic is such a valuable asset in our community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chua has been our family doctor for the last 25 years. Over the years, I have found him to be a very caring and highly competent doctor. That is why whenever any of us is sick, he will be our only go-to doctor despite the long waiting time to see him as the clinic is forever packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time there. Nurses are very nice and polite. Dr chua is very patience and he listen carefully to my symptoms and even jot down whatever i say.
Medication wise is very basic panadol etc, but it’s my first time recover from a viral infection without any strong meds. Thks to the throat spray he introduced.
Also, he is very skillful. I did my swab there and he follow all the protocols very carefully and my swab was not as painful as my friends describe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mum went to the clinic today due to headache and was met with rude and incompetent receptionist on duty. Upon realizing that my mum was on company's medical benefit, the receptionist got irritated and accused my mum of not informing her beforehand where in fact she did at the point of registration.
She was made to wait for an additional 45mins just for them to do their "processing". After everything, they even forgotten to return my mum her work ID and which she had to make a trip back to the clinic again to retrieve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had been seeing Dr Chua for more than 25 years for m. He is very patient and his diagnosis is good. He is especially well versed in issues relating to the skin. He is very gentle and very good with children too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent doctor and rude staff. Unable to treat my issue and accuse patience of mental issue? Don’t believe come and try to experience rude staff and incompetent doctor. Numerous trip been made and yet unable to treat illness. Not sure what is the good in this clinic from previous reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very helpful and friendly doctor. The clinic can be quite busy, so it is good to get there early. My only recommendation for the clinic is to have a method of online distributing a queue numbers and also to have a method of viewing the current queue number online. This would minimise the number of people waiting in the clinic and be more efficient for everyone.
