Long waiting time for registration. It took more than 1.5hrs. No courtesy to inform patient why they took so long to release medical result Called their hotline they can't advise on your case and mentioned will get the clinic to call you back in the end none of them return the call. Rating 2/10 not a pleasant experience overall. Please work harder on your CS.

The staff in the inside counter (Counter A) is horrible. It is after lunch break already. There is no reason to be hangry right? You just eaten your lunch. Basically came for a body check up, gave everything and the lady at the counter said “you do not expect to come down here with your passport and other form and said you needed a medical check and just expect me to know what you want”. So I replied “okay… so what do you need actually?” (Bare in mind! The counter A there is a paper there saying to show them your passport or ID Card or even work permit and tell them why you are here). They lady (Suraya) replied “here you know what? Take your passport and move to the side and come back to me when you know what you want” ??? I think she love her job very much But the registration man at the very front of the entrance (old Indian uncle) is very nice! He helped me even the staff inside do not want to.

staff were super rude . many people were NOT INFORMED to bring a physical form including MYSELF . i had brought an online PDF which could STILL BE USED . a staff that is short , malay / muslim , heavy eyeliner providing counter A at Sata way BEDOK just disapproved customers who queued for about 15-20 mins simply for not having a physical form . sorry but I believe to get a check up we don’t need to have the form ? not everyone has ACCESS TO A PRINTER ? Sata is already in the middle of nowhere and it’s hard to access . We took time to travel here and it’s disappointing knowing it isn’t just me that got turned away . We still are going to pay after all, it’s not free even to consult . No one has the right to turn us away for something so small .

I booked an appointment of health screening in June through SATA official website. I chose one of the packages they listed with prices. The booking process went smoothly but I didn’t get any confirmation afterwards. So I called the hotline to double check. They told me that online booking didn’t count and gave me a new appointment which is postponed to 2 July (in Potong Pasir clinic). It doesn’t make sense, if you don’t want ppl book online why put the booking form there with available time slots. You never know the booking actually failed without calling. No email, no call back. Ok fine. But the worse was, after the health screening I got the receipt and found the price was different from that they listed both online and in physical brochure, increased by about 15%. I wasn’t informed the change at all before doing health screening. Then I realised and asked, the stuff just impatiently answer that it’s the new price since 1 July and such changes can come out without any notice….but such important info should be updated on time and let costumers/patients know before choosing and booking the package, or at least being informed on the day on site. I checked price and chose it, how can I know automatically when SATA silently changed the prices? Just let you pay the silently renewed bill afterwards? Till today the old prices are still there and misleading still going on. In addition, I also would like to know how many bookings were somehow postponed from June to July?

This lady at counter 4 talks really rudely and sarcastically when I asked questions politely. She mumbles and talks with such unclear instructions so I had to clarify and she replied with "I said the room down there right?!". When I asked if I need to bring the form with me, she grunted. Does it make you feel good to talk to people that way? Dr Laura is really nice and so is the lady (Felicia) at the counter who was really patient with me.

I rarely write reviews unless I'm met with an exceptional experience. My experience with the SATA hotline was nothing short of exceptional. Exceptionally bad, that is. After being waiting for a long time to speak to one of the call centre staff, the lady sounded disgruntled and fed up. At one point (where I told her to hang on), I noticed she muted herself, and was halfway through a deep sigh when she unmuted herself. During this same call, I asked for a moment to check my schedule. My polite request was met with a complaint along the lines of 'I have many calls waiting'. This level of service is unacceptable and a poor reflection of the company. Disappointed, annoyed, and frustrated, hence the one star.

Attention to Poly Students especially! If you are intend to go for your medical check up at SATA Chai Chee, my advise to you is - DON'T! It was a bad experience for me. The staff was adamant of not wanting to return my medical report form and said that SATA will despatch it out on behalf of the students. After months have passed, my school has not received it and I had to make a trip down there. Apparently they said that the report was already given back to me on my last trip there! I was like what??! I had to go through the process all over again and it took 2 freaking hours to get my medical redone. After all the hassle and trouble, few days later SATA send through the original report to my school. Horrible! They don't deserve this 1 star to begin with.

Horrible experince I had today, 1 March. A female staff of yours stationed at counter 7 (Pony tail, black hair), who was EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL towards the patients. She spoke so fast and mumbled all her words in the mouth yet expect others to fully understand. One of the incident is when she passed me a plastic cup for urinary test, I could not get her instruction as she had no intention to talk to me nicely and properly. I asked a question to clarify if she needs half cup. She immediately stared at me and used a very sharp tone to reply me: “I SAID A LITTLE RIGHT ?”. Very unfortunate to see my blood pressure reading was higher than ever after treated poorly by her. Who should be responsible for this result? She failed to give clear instruction while conducting the rest of the test, and chose to use the most unspeakable way to reply when I raised questions to clarify. I witnessed how she rudely and loudly rejected all the patients came up to her counter who simply wanted to ask question. All she did was shouted fiercely “CHECK YOUR NUMBER, YOUR NUMBER IS ON THE CREEN, RETURN TO YOUR SEAT AND CHECK YOUR NUMBER”. I was taken aback by such mean behavior and disappointed in seeing such standards in our society. How could you tolerate such a black sheep to jeopardize the reputation that other staff, doctors, nurses and the organization tried so hard to built? It’s indeed not fair to other staff who’s kind and professional, isn’t it? A place where supposed to be filled with care and empathy, yet makes people feel unsafe, uncomfortable with and threaten.
