Disgusting service

My husband has a very bad experience. Before you can have their service, you have to pay on their machine first. The amount of service per cut is 12sgd. My husband don't have the exact amount and happens to drop 2 pcs of 10sgd, expecting that one of the barber will just give him the change as this is how other shop do it. During that time the shop is not busy and one of the barber is just looking at him while he is paying to the machine, which he take as an assurance that he will just hand over the change to him like other store do. But after the cut, the barber just say they dont give change and will need to fill in a form and email back to their HQ. The annoying thing is, on their form its already stated about the 8sgd change, like their already assuming this will happen. On the form you have to pay 5sgd administrative fee and can only refund 3sgd afterward. What the heck, it feels like we got scam!!!!! In the first place the barber that was just looking at my husband could have just warn him that hey! No change, you can only get back 3sgd if you drop 20sgd to the machine!!!! It feels that their just want it to happen!!!!!!! Really feel awful!! Like you cannot do anything!!!! Other customer please watch out!!!!
