Jason is friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he is honest and trustworthy in his dealing and the advise given. Just yesterday I approached him to change my screen protector. After leaving the mall, I noticed there were two tiny air bubbles between the screen and the screen protractor. Thinking I should be able to resolve it on my own by squeezing out the air bubbles, I kept applying pressure in my attempts to push out the air bubble. But guess I used my fingernail and pressed too hard at the edge of the protector and spoilt the edge of the protector. To my horror, the air bubble became one huge air bubble and it just continued to grow. In my despair, I went back to Jason and Jason pointed out that I had exerted too much force and caused the edge of the protector to be deformed and hence, the air bubble became one huge ball. He told me I should not have done that and I should return to let him work on it. I thought since I had damaged the screen protector, I offered to pay for another screen protector. To my pleasant surprise, Jason was really nice and offered to cover the cost for a new screen protector. Greatly appreciate his kind gesture. The intention of this review is to create awareness of this shop in showing my appreciation to Jason. Please do not abuse this review and place an obligation on Jason or any of the staff to demand for free services or products for any damage done by yourself. They are not obligated to extend this kind gesture to everyone but if they do, it is simply out of goodwill.

It was actually really good, he really made the effort to rush it for me and whenever there is problens, he called me about it. I really enjoyed life without a phone. I really really appreciated, Jason, he really gives u at a reasonable price, and goes the extra mile to not charge you for certain things, Overall, it was an fantastic expreience.

Jason was helpful from start to finish. Even though I was not able to be present to pass and collect item for repair, he was accomodating enough to allow me have it sent via my own courier arrangement and subsequently make payment once the repair is completed. I went to this shop to fix my phone that I dropped accidentally and the whole screen detached itself from the entire phone. Edrick was able to assess the damage for a few seconds and transparently told me the price to repair the screen. Thank you and my phone looks so good!
