Kebabs Faktory (West Mall)

Food was bad. Dry and bland. Look at how dry the chicken is. I ordered from Grabfood, and my fries came like this. I’m not sure if it’s half eaten or meant to be like that.

ordered online, delivery was fast. i like the hummus & pita bread chicken shawarma taste delicious too

I love Kebab Faktory and its Falafel. Hope they start selling just falafel soon! Complains I have: -they put waayyyy too much sauce. It makes everything soggy. -carrots are julliened so long, it feels like they are noodles. It's annoying to eat them with other veggies/meat, especially with all that sauce -this outlet never has Chicken Tikka available. Came here twice for lunch & for dinner. They never have it. I love falafel, but Its quite disappointing to never have chicken Tikka!

This is the best kebab place so far with reasonable pricing and good quantity. Their Kebab is very tender. So far the best one was Mixed burrito I tried which includes chicken and lamb, and it’s good enough for a heavy lunch.

price is pretty reasonable and portions are generous. had the chicken gyro - mildly spicy and the chicken had some nice char on it, would definitely come again

I think the only thing nice from here is the salsa and the chicken (though for some reason it tastes like char siew flavour rather than kebab chicken). Ordered the salad bowl but was very disappointed- claims to be the best kebabs in town but this is by far the worst I've had. The fresh vegetables have been left out for too long, the broccoli has a very weird sour smell like a damp rag and the edamame is yellow in colour and sour. The tomatoes also smell off. Only the lettuce is ok. Would recommend the management put better hygiene practices in place and throw out the vege even if it doesn't sell. Couscous is really dried out and hard, and the guac is slimy/ off colour. Overall a disappointing experience. Only saving grace is that the serving staff are very friendly and helpful, but the food quality really needs to improve. Prices aren't the cheapest around either so I was expecting better quality than this

I've eaten many time at this new shop at West Mall. For the food, they are delicious, prices are fair and portions are big, even for big eater like me. For service, not so good. Especially the younger staff girls are not giving full attention to customers. Worst experience is last night, i ordered pick up order. Mixed meat burrito with salsa & nachos side. I know they are a bit busy so i showed them my order number and the staff said to wait for a while with cold face and tone. I waited and waited, checked every bag they finished packing if that is my order. After 10-15 minutes of waiting after my pickup time, they asked what is my number and gave me one cold burrito only. I said i ordered side dish also, and ... had to wait more to get my nachos. They didn't reheat my burrito and it's all cold when i got home and even nachos were not properly fried. And they don't even said Sorry. For food, i would have give 5 star. For service, 3 is the best i can give

Great food! Tasty kebab, bought the lamb and it was really fresh and juicy! Minus one star for the salad cause while it was fresh, it was pretty bland tasting.
