★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time tried Sanook Kitchen dishes. It's really food nice, service and service crew also nice too. Important is HALAL food. Next time try their dessert and other dishes too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a word to describe this place ; that would be inconsistent.
For example, their Tom yum soup can range from unbearably spicy to mild.
The staff as well, at the front (presumably the supervisor) she has a hospitable and friendly disposition , but almost everyone else is the complete opposite.
Overall , a decent Thai restaurant to try, just hope you go there on their “good” day!
Edit: had enough of this place, just absolute garbage service all round. Toxic culture as seen with all the staff breeds into the overall dining experience.

You can see from the attached photos the quantity of food I received, paid Grab 12$ for this. 4 spoons of servings !
Very poor experience and it took pretty long time to arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to go to if you like Thai food. we had Thai basil rice and also fried tang hoon. The fried tang hoon comes with lotsa vegetables and was sweet and nice. The dried chilli was thoughtfully put at the side so that you can add the amount you want! I was worried it will be too spicy for me but with chilli by side it was easy to decide how much to add!! Price is pretty reasonable for a cafe/restaurant and we had fresh Thai coconuts as our drinks. Definitely a place to go to if I am craving for some Thai food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food at Sanook is pretty good and they provide complimentary ice water + popcorns. They seemed a little shorthanded so do be patient with them. We over ordered but all the dishes we had were pretty good! The weekday dinner queue got pretty long after 7pm, not sure if it is because it's the June school holidays.
On the day we went, the daily set prices weren't too attractive (savings only max $3 or so), so we decided to order ala carte instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible serving portion of mango salad for take away. Not worth to buy and this was not the fist time it happened. Have informed cashier and staff abt their serving portion and yet no improvement. I would like to request for a refund as they cheated us.

The food is affordable considering they are located inside the mall.
I enjoyed both green and thai milk tea.
I liked the taste of the spring roll, however, it was quite surprising that the filling was cold while the wrap was hot and crispy.
honey chicken was too sweet for me and beef noodle was so-so.
