After numerous feedback from the shopping mall office staff and Singapore food agency regarding the exhaust unit high volume noise pollution, they totally ignore warning, terrible disturbing the residents opposite the mall. Burger King still keep the exhaust running without off it after operation throughout nights days and night with maximum fan speed….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible staff including the manager. Lack initiative and has zero sense of urgency. Food item was just left there even though the guy manager saw it(just looked at me and walked away). Cashier took her own sweet time. The entire process was painfully slow. This burger king outlet is definitely not a fast food joint because it's awfully slow.Worst fast food outlet I've been to ever.
