KFC West Mall - West Mall

Today experience for breakfast is very hot as no Aircon at shop (while other shop with Aircon) and porridge not tasty like other outlet.

i got raw chicken and i got burnt chicken and my ziggy burger was raw . if dw do proplerly than dont do la and please bring a proper standard for your customers or else just close it down thanks.

Double check your item if you're ordering takeaway. 3rd time buying takeaway from this kfc, didn't get the sauce I paid for. Shame on me for not learning my lesson after the third time. Sometimes the rice is not cooked probably, goes for both the OR rice and even breakfast porridge. During off peak period, check your burger bread, as it could be hard as a rock.

Making the order stff behavior very bad action many. We pay money than eat food. But thay thinking we come for eat free free. I never see stff behavior stupid like that in my life.

As a person that has very good impression on the standard of Singapore's KFC, this branch is where my disappointment landed. Had my dinner at this West Mall outlet on 20/05/2022. Ordered 2-piece set and a curry chicken burger set, cheesy wedges. First of all, the pepsi tasted so wrong- it has a tap water taste and it is so BLAND (there is no pepsi taste in it at all). Then, the cheesy wedges also not crispy and the amount of cheesy sauce splattered on top is so pathetically little....Next we talk about coleslaw- it tastes so weird and raw like it has not been marinated with enough mayonnaise? The mashed potato tasted sour...Then the fried chicken- it tasted a little sour and I can clearly tell that it is not fresh(chicken might not been properly marinated as I can see the dough stick on the skin, and the edge of chicken looks a bit black...) I am very disappointed as I expected at least the coleslaw and mashed potato wont go wrong. But it seems to me that every item that this branch provided is so wrong....For those who wants to order from this branch, please let me stop you from doing so... I will never visit or order from this branch again. If the branch manager happens to see my review, please conduct a thorough quality check on your items- the recipe gone wrong and the SOP might have been neglected...this branch has no standard at all.

The drinks are self service so they gave us cups to fill up and there was ONLY Pepsi at the dispenser. We ordered root beer but the staff told us twice that no other drinks were available except Pepsi. After our meal we spied the full range of drinks in the kitchen. All the take out / food delivery orders were properly assembled there. The staff was either ignorant or lazy to fill up our drink orders. Unbelievable!!

20 Feb 22’ I am very disappointed of the chicken in ZNG Stacker is very salty, it totally spoiled my dinner . Feedback to the service staff, she tells me her husband have the same comment as well, OMG , any taste quality check before they served ?! ? I still preferred the original fried chicken instead.

Delivery: They prepared the wrong item. The receipt even states original chicken Dine in: I love the convenience of ordering and paying thru the app. You don’t have to queue, just grab a table and place your order right away. Chicken tasted fresh and seasoned well. The only thing I don’t like is how much the breading absorbs the oil or at least they could have drained the excess oil well.
