β β β β β The worse foot massage I ever had, no reflexology at all, nails involved, no reflexology points, ... even after sharing the feedback, they didn't offer any gesture... 58sgd for 40min, would not recommend this service

Had a one hour foot and shoulder hand massage for $89 and the last 20 minutes Massuer kept kneading my shoulder blades for 3 rounds and continuing the same routine until I told him to stop before the shoulders broken because he say will do the same routine for 20 mins! I said what about the hand as mentioned in their menu and he say will do if I want!. They also do not service tea or hot towel after the service! It is surely not a Spa as claimed! Better go to neighbourhood HDB for half the price and better professional services. My first and last at Kenko.

β β β β β I regretted for not looking at the reviews here before going. Below expectation for a chain massage outlet in a mall. Masseur is still new and not her fault, but for a well established brand to offer a subpar experience, it's disappointing. I had to book another massage session somewhere else to compensate as my knots and tiredness were not relieved. Best to avoid Kenko wellness.

β β β β β I visited Kenko last week. Honestly didnβt realise when one hour pass by. The foot massage and shoulder massage was too good and relaxing ! Uncle Jack did a great job. Excellent service. Happy customer ?βοΈ

β β β β β Chose to get a 20 min shoulder massage, but i only got it for 15 mins. Got a shock because once i am outside and take a look at my phone, it is still on the 15 min time.
