R	Ranajoy Roy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY LETHARGIC STAFF WHO DIDNT WANT TO REPAIR THE KENWOOD ELECTRIC KETTLE. JUST SAID NO WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING IF ITS POSSIBLE TO REPAIR. AFTER INSISTING THEY PRETENDED TO CHECK WITH ANOTHER PESSIMISTIC PERSON WHO REFUSED THE SERVICE.
F	Fernan Vecina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reception is not so friendly waited for over 30minutes when I've drop-by and another 30min when collecting it although I understand coz aunte is bit busy (when collecting I was 3rd person waited for collection) but I think sometimes if you have short tempered you'll probably make big fuzzed about it. Giving it 3 coz despite that experience it actually fixed the day after and aunte was actually prompt when I've doing follow-up called me 30min after to collect already.
k	ken koay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a warehouse, sort of. so, dont expect to see welcoming smiles from any of the workers there. you will be left alone (good or bad) if you don't open your mouth to ask anything. signages left much to be desired. no free parking thus making customer's visit even more miserable than it need be. But if you have to go there (for repairs, spare parts, etc), you have to go.

Amazingly for the year 2020, they do not have any facility to order the spare parts online, so it is necessary to visit in person.

R	Ri Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service centre is tucked in the left corner of #03-08 so at first glance you might think it's closed. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, they immediately identified the problem, quoted the prices and suggested the solution. My repair was ready in 1 day. But for those who are more sensitive about how customer service should be, they are more senior in age, so their time might come off as rude for some. But they're really kind and helpful. I had parts to take back and they specially gave me a bag even if they didn't have to.
E	Eddie Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem is not with the service center but with the product. DON'T BUY KENWOOD!! My chopper CH580 has been repaired and the service center has even replaced with a new one but still have the same problem after initially working. Very lousy product.

I needed to place a super rushed order for the whisk, Mr. Cheng was very helpful in providing info and advising the correct whisk for my kenwood model even near closing hours on Saturday. He know is far from my location , he informed me that I can pay for courier delivery. And when he know I need very urgent, he even allow I arrange my own courier to pick up from him , Thank you for all special arrangement, So far, my previous experiences with their customer service from years ago were great as well!
