β β β β β His two chinese receptionists are really bad in dealing with patients. One of his staff (the tall loud voice woman staff) tried to take blood for tests by herself in our very first visit but she couldnt draw blood in her first try , then we let her try 2nd time but still she couldnt make it. So, we asked her to call the Lab technician only as we didnt want to get more pain from her failed skill. From that later on, she always talk to us in high tone, impatient manner in our nxt visits.
Another staff's problem is we r giving her the patient's birthday for the appointment,yet she filled incorrect name and made us wait at the clinic for more 15 min to pay the consultation fees.

β β β β β I highly recommended Dr Kevin Tan and his clinic. Dr Tan is a superb doctor and specialist in his field, and I have also had an excellent experience with his receptionists and nursing staff, all very professional, warm and welcoming.

β β β β β Dr Kevin has been my doctor since 2008, as Indonesian I have not been able to see him since end of 2019, but I still follow his medication and am well. I am a diabetic and he helped getting my weight down from 146le to now 101 kg.... Hope be able to go to his clinic soon... The staff is very friendly for Singaporean standards.... A funny thing once I was given my medication in a bag with a big CIALIS logo on the side, and on my way back to Indonesia everybody seemed to smile at me, turned out they smiled that I quite openly advertised one of the problems diabetics have....

β β β β β Rude and incapable receptionist! Poor time management causing long waiting time at the clinic. She even gave a guy the wrong appointment time slot, and told him he is late when he actually came on the slot she has given.
I asked if I could come back in an hour to get lunch given that there are 6 more people in front of me, and she said if you come back later you have to wait behind those in front of you again. This is unacceptable for a private practice in a private hospital - then what is an appointment slot for, if youβre not managing time properly.
Look at the other comments, Iβm not the only one with this bad experience.

β β β β β Dr. Kevin is very patient and helpful though. When we realized that I needed surgery Dr. Kevin helped to search for and recommend surgeons that were on my insurance panel.
Receptionist may sometimes come across as impatient but is actually quite helpful and flexible.
