★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zinger burger was cold and meat is very hard, like rubber! Fries are crispy. Nothing to eat at zoo, no choice! Food outside zoo entrance is expensive and bad taste! Full your stomach before going to zoo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was impressed that they don't serve straw, but I got a shock when I told the cashier staff I only need one spoon (he gave me two spoons for my mashed potato and coleslaw), the staff simply pick up one of the spoons from my tray (which was untouched!) and thrown into the bin next to him. KFC needs to educate the staff more about saving the earth especially when you work in the zoo as the whole Singapore zoo approach is reduction of plastic to save wildlife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the one near Kidzworld. No regular fries the staff said but there is cheese fries. ? They cordoned off one part of the restaurant because it it "reserved for an event" which I think they just don't wanna open so they don't need to clean it, squeezing patrons to just one side if the venue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halal certified restaurant and the outlet here is big - lots of seating areas. I find that their food here taste so much better than the other outlets that we have tried so far... Is it because partly due of the Zoo being one of Singapore's Tourist Attraction? Food quality is so much better. We ordered the Zinger burgers, 3pc Chicken set, Cheese fries, whipped potatoes and all taste so good. We were lucky that we came on a weekday and don't have to go through the hassle of queuing up. Really happy that the whole family enjoyed their dining experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Closes same time as the parks.. what is the use of having a food counter outside the park area when you dont wish to serve the customers coming out of the park after park closing hours
