★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave the wrong order and they refuse to change it for us. Ordered curry rice and they gave us potato rice. We have the receipt as evidence to show that we ordered curry rice yet they still insist that we order potato rice. Expecting us to respect the workers when they are not doing their job. The malay auntie was rude to us and gave us an attitude. Hope kfc can do something about this outlet as it’s not the first review of it being horrible. Would give it a zero star if I could. @KFC PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Staff has no initiative to make new original chicken despite it is empty. Reason say big order. Its not me running this business. Manager please train your staff. Have to wait for 25 mins just for the original to cook. Whats the point of fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opening hours stated 10.30 am Mon-Fri. Been there at 9 am only to realised the opening hours is from 10.30 am onwards. But at 10.35am still have yet to open? Should have just stated opening hours 11 am onwards. Less working hours for your employee but still consider as 8 hours but less work for them. ? I don’t get the logic in this. No breakfast from Mon-Fri. Might as well just open for lunch at 11 am as mentioned and let your employee to start work at 10 am instead.
