β β β β β The worst customer service I have encountered in my life. Waited for 1 hour when they promised 30 mins and they obviously forgot about my order, despite my reminder twice. When I highlighted why they served customers which come after me. Instead of apologize and rush out my order, simply just ignore me letting me standing there for a long time and even suggested I can cancel the order if I want, I have decided to give up after almost 1 hour. They can be so arrogant because it is hard to find another veg store there, well don't be too arrogant. Previously another stall almost equally arrogant for many years eventually closed shop, who knows.

β β β β β Went here a few times and the service wasnβt as bad as some review says, but I did tried to go down on a full moon before and the waiting time is crazy as they are filled with orders, people should understand that when itβs full moon there will be more customer eating vegetarian food hence the waiting time... overall their food is good and the service is not that bad. They are humans too!!! Let understand each other.
