So grateful for dr Sarah Wong for her professionalism and kind heart! She helped a lot us to improve posture of my son

WONDERFUL therapist who genuinely cares about my child; she has implemented a custom program to help him work through issues in a very positive, supportive environment, in creatively effective ways!

Sarah is a great physio and has many years experience abroad. But do not expect her to train maid she pushes to much for extra sessions. Feels as if it’s all about money vs benefit of child. We took our son there for about one year and each time she pushed to buy more and more sessions promising the world. I would not go back there.

Sarah is an experienced Physio, we went there due to her profile and experiences she had. However, she is not professional, inconsistent in her words, but pushy in the approach. No initiative on following up progress in between. If you're looking for kids physio for numbers training, i wont recommend Sarah, don't expect her to train your kids during the consultation.

She KNOWS her stuff! She is professional and yet warm and caring. One of the things I love most about Kidsfocus is how she treats her clients! PT is hard work for these kids. She is an amazing coach who pushed him beyond what he or I thought he could ever accomplish!

My son has been seeing Sarah since 2017--and it's hard to put into words the impact she has had on his development. Marked, tangible progress from week to week. And she not only does the work there, but she equips my wife to continue to work with our son (who has Down syndrome) throughout the week. Apart from her professional practice, Sarah's demeanor and relationship has helped us as we have walked through the challenges of raising a differently abled child.

My son has Down syndrome. He has been seeing Sarah for years. Sarah is the most amazing therapist! She has helped us learn to navigate through my son’s diagnosis and given us amazing tools to help our sweet boy! Thank you Kidsfocus for being amazing and treating us like family!

My daughter was referred to Sarah in Kids Focus Physiotherapy. She experienced unexplained pains and had underwent extensive investigations, but to no avail. It was both an emotionally and mentally exhausting journey – especially for the child - being unable to identify the roots nor putting her on medication to ease her pains. I remembered vividly the day after the child left her first consultation with Sarah. She was apprehensive prior to the consult, but was relieved that Sarah was able to understand her pains, and her fears. Sarah taught her with exercises to cope with her pains. She was understanding but firm when needed, encouraging but realistic with my child during their subsequent sessions. Throughout her therapies with Sarah, she was encouraged to email her to update her on her condition. It takes a very experienced and active physiotherapist to be able to help my child with her condition presented. My child recently went through a long spell of being ill due to some side effects from an infection. Sarah was one of the first persons she asked for, when the inflicted pain due to the illness was too difficult to bear. This is a testament to the trust that my child has in her and it speaks volume of Sarah’s experience, professionalism, her ability to build a rapport with her patients as well as her genuine care for her patients.
