Bertrand was insightful about the nature of the injury, and had a clear and achievable treatment plan. Felt extremely supported throughout my rehabilitation and now feel confident going back into regular exercises.

When I feedbacked on this they didn’t contact me anymore to check in with me or offer other pain relief options. Now pain from my head to my back makes me lose sleep at night and had to find another place elsewhere to relieve the pain. Perhaps not suitable for postpartum mums / those experiencing possible nerve damage.

P	Payal Lal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bert with pain in my fingers and feet. I was really worried about this pain especially given that I am only in my late 20s. But Bert was able to immediately identify the cause behind both those pains, putting my mind at ease. He gave me some exercises after our first session which immediately reduced my pain. Even after the pain had become negligible a few sessions later, he continued to suggest ways to strengthen certain muscles that would reduce the chances of the pain coming back in the long run. The only thing I regret about going to see Bert is that I didnt go sooner! Would 10/10 recommend!

I've been to 6 physios (some with 20+ years exp) but Bertrand Koh was the only one who took measurements of my leg strength using machines and didn't jump to conclusion that my glute medius was weak! He was also skilled with dry needling and my pain disappeared on the spot! Finally Betrand's bed side manners were good, empathetic and he did not suggest unnecessary follow ups. His explanation was easy to understand and he did not use overly complicated medical terms.

He was patient , methodical and very experienced to be able to identify the problem and monitor my progress so I know that I am on the right path. to eventually recovery. Wasted so much time and money before meeting Bert. Wish I had met him earlier. Go in confidence and you will not regret as you will be in safe and good hands towards normalcy again. . Cheers.
