β β β β β They have nice products and I am a fan. Just bought a ring to pamper myself. BUT service by Shirley isnt fantastic. She looks snobbish and aloof.
I wont visit this store to make any purchase but will go to other locations.

My favourite bracelet broken , I send for repair at Vivo branch , the SA Ms.Marsha very kind and friendly service , never bought anything with her before , but gave me five star service , she told me my bracelet still within 2yrs can change a brand new for me . Very surprised! Thanks Swarovski too !
